Donald and Susan Overcash of Mount Ulla are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Ashleigh Overcash, to Christopher Stewart of Salisbury.

Mary is the granddaughter of Mary Alyce and the late James Lefler and the late Homer and Effie Mae Overcash. A 2013 graduate of West Rowan High School, Mary graduated Appalachian State University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed as a neonatal intensive care registered nurse.

Christopher is the son of Kevin and Anne Stewart and the grandson of Craig Stewart and Lee Williams. A 2012 graduate of West Rowan High School, he received his masters in accounting from North Carolina State University in 2017. He is currently employed with Myers and Stauffer.
