Rocky Top Barbecue was judged grand champion at this past weekend’s Biker Blues & BBQ, held at Tilley Harley-Davidson in Salisbury.

Midnight Burn came in second overall and was reserve champion.

Winners in other categories included Midnight Burn, chicken; Smoking Butt Heads, pork ribs; and Smoke Monster BBQ, pork and brisket.
