Salisbury Police have authorized the closure of the 100 block of East Bank Street and 200 block of South Lee Street Saturday for the Halloween Fun Fest.

NCDOT maintenance will be repairing a crossline on West C Street in Kannapolis between Oct. 31 and Nov. 2.

 The closure will be in Kannapolis on West C Street, SR 1124, in order to replace a storm drain culvert that crosses under the road. The location is at mile post 0.15, Westover Avenue (city street). 

The GPS coordinates are 35.501, -80.643. The nearest address is 1300 West C Street, Kannapolis. The road will be closed day and night for the duration of the work, which should take three working days.   

The detour will use Kannapolis Loop Road North, West A Street, Enochville Road, and Pump Station Road.
