The Trains & Trees Open House, benefiting Faith Friends Animal Sanctuary, will be held at the Lexington home of volunteers William and Judy Deal on Jan. 5 and 6.

The Deals’ home is at 337 Pinnix Drive, Lexington. It was featured in the recent holiday issue of Salisbury the Magazine.

The Deals have filled their home with 12 themed Christmas tress, collections of vintage decorations, and a 300-square-foot electric train layout with a winter and Christmas theme, too.

The home will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 5 and 1 to 5 p.m. Jan. 6.

Monetary contributions will be accepted at the open house for Faithful Friends, which is at 220 Grace Church Road in Salisbury.
