Second baseman Daniel Wagner (South Rowan) hit a solo home run in the seventh inning of the Kannapolis Intimidators’ 7-5 road loss against Greenville on Friday night.
Wagner went 1-for-4 as a 12-game winning streak ended for first-place Kannapolis (40-19). It has a five-game lead with 10 games left in the regular season.
