The I-85 contractor will have a nighttime right lane closure on I-85 just south of mile marker 68 from Feb. 7 through 10.

In addition to the lane closure, the contractor will also close down the I-85 southbound on ramp from N.C. 152  on Feb 7,  8, 9 and 10 from midnight to 6 a.m.

 Detour route: Take N.C. 152 to I-85 north to Webb Road (exit 70). At the top of the ramp, make a left onto Webb Road. Travel 1,000 feet, then take a left onto I-85 southbound.

N.C. DOT maintenance will close Artz Road (SR2319) from Feb. 11 to 15 in order to replace a storm drain culvert that crosses under the road. 

The locations are between Faith Road and Mount Hope Church Road. The GPS coordinates are N 35.5726, W 80.4615.  The nearest address is 2530 Artz Road. 

The road will be closed both day and night for the duration of the work.

The road will be closed both day and night for the duration of the work.
