The Rowan-Salisbury School System’s Title I program is now accepting applications for children to enroll in pre-kindergarten programs to be held at North Rowan, Hanford Dole, Knollwood and Hurley Elementary Schools.

The programs are scheduled to start in August of 2019. Transportation will NOT be provided unless students live in the attendance area of the Title I Pre-K program to which they are assigned.

To be eligible, a child must:

·   be 4 years of age on or before August 31, 2019;

·  demonstrate an educational need;

·   have a completed application returned by March 1, 2019.

Applications are available at all elementary schools Monday-Friday during school hours and at the Wallace Educational Forum, 500 N. Main St., Monday- Friday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
