Rufty-Holmes Senior Center’s East Rowan Lunch Club of will have a new location starting Monday.

Meals will be in the fellowship hall of Shiloh United Methodist Church, 234 S. Main St. in Granite Quarry.

Transportation will be available through the Rowan County Transit System.

Lunch clubs are a place to eat a meal and visit with friends open to Rowan County residents age 60 and older. The lunch is offered Monday through Friday, beginning at noon. Special programs start at 11:15 a.m.

Guests are asked for a donation toward the meal price according to their ability to pay. All older adults are served regardless of their ability to make a contribution.
