Couple continues giving to Christmas Happiness Fund 15 years later

Art and Lynn Bolick say they’ve been blessed over the years, and it’s one of the reasons they give to several organizations at this time of year.
The couple have given to the Christmas Happiness Fund as they have done for the past 15 years.
“We are a giving family. The Lord has been good to us,” said Art Bolick.
He said he and his wife, Lynn, give because they are fortunate.
The couple are both retired. Art said their “lives have been good.”
“We are fortunate to be able to do it,” he added.
Christmas Happiness donations are given by the community and dropped off at the Salisbury Post. The money is then given to the Salvation Army of Rowan County to distribute to eligible families. The families receive a $30 voucher per child.
