Hospice offers program for coping over holidays

The Hospice & Palliative CareCenter will offer “Coping with the Holidays,” a program designed to help those dealing with the death of loved ones.
The session, open to adults, will be held Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Trinity Oaks, 728 Klumac Road, in the hobby and crafts room on the second floor.
The session is free, but registration is required. To register, call 704-633-5447.
Since 1979, Hospice & Palliative CareCenter has been committed to providing quality medical, emotional, spiritual and social support to patients and families who face serious illness ó regardless of diagnosis, prognosis or treatment.
Today, the center provides these services in a 13-country area. Hospice’s Grief Counseling Center offers bereavement services to families of Hospice patients as well as grief counseling to the community at large.
Hospice’s Carousel Center offers pediatric palliative care to infants, children and their families.
