The Democratic Women of Rowan County will have a breakfast meeting at the Rowan County Library’s Hurley Room at 201 W. Fisher Street at 9:30 a.m., Saturday. The presentation by Stephen Gheen and Cathy Moore is entitled “Becoming Stronger and Bluer.” Please bring $2 for breakfast and $8 for 2009 dues, if not paid. People who are not members of the Democratic Women of Rowan County but are interested in strengthening the roll of Democrats are also welcome to attend.
