Rowan Chamber will hold Power in Partnership breakfast Thursday

SALISBURY – Sue Meyer, vice president of Apple Education’s U.S. development team in Cupertino, California, will be the speaker at Thursday’s Power in Partnership breakfast.

The breakfast will be at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Oaks, located at 728 Klumac Road. The deadline for reservations is 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Meyer works with school leaders to leverage innovation and technology to transform learning, according to a Rowan County Chamber of Commerce news release.

Superintendent Lynn Moody of Rowan-Salisbury Schools will introduce the back-to-school-themed program.

Members of the Leadership Rowan Class will start their day at the breakfast and then have a session focused on a different aspect of the community

The breakfast is $15 for chamber members and $25 for nonmembers.
