A spectrum of changes is going on at China Rainbow, located at 1510 Stokes Ferry Rd.
Renovations began at the restaurant, owned and operated by husband and wife Longhai and Annie Lin, Oct. 1, and the two plan to be finished within two weeks.
China Rainbow used to host four buffet bars and will now be home to five buffet bars and a sushi bar, complete with its very own sushi chef.
“We are completely renovating the restaurant, ordering everything brand new from a company in New York,” said Annie Lin. “We are also going to have more seafood dishes”
The front entrance will feature a large fountain and koi pond, and seating will be booths and tables, more spaciously spread out.
The Lins are also hoping to serve beer soon after reopening.
“We are very excited about the changes,” said Longhai.
