Much-needed rain will continue through this afternoon, then we’ll have our coldest night of fall.

Patchy fog is likely before 1 p.m. We have an 80 percent chance of showers before 2 p.m., then rain between 2 and 3 p.m., then a return to showers. The high will be 69, with west wind at 5-7 mph in the afternoon. A quarter to half inch of rain is possible.

Tonight will be clear and cold, with a low of 41 and northwest wind at 7-9 mph.

Thursday will be sunny and 63, with west northwest wind at 6-9 mph. We drop into the 30s Thursday night, with clear skies and a low of 38. Winds will be north northwest at 2-6 mph.

We could see patchy frost Friday before 10 a.m. Then it will be a sunny day with a high of 66. Winds will be north northwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Saturday will be sunny and 71. It will be a partly cloudy night with a low of 51.

Sunday will be mostly cloudy and 70, with a 30 percent chance of showers. The chance of rain goes up to 40 percent Sunday night, with a low of 58.

Monday will be mostly cloudy and 74, with a 50 percent chance of showers. The same chance of rain continues Monday night, which will be mostly cloudy and 60.

Tuesday will also have a 50 percent chance of showers. It will be partly sunny and 73.
