About 3,200 Rowan County second- and third-graders attended the Piedmont Players Theatre youth production of “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” this week at the Meroney Theater.
Faith Elementary third-graders shared their reactions with the Post.
The public can see the musical at the Meroney this weekend and next. The play will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 9 and 16 and at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Oct. 10 and 17.
All tickets are $6 general admission and can be purchased at the door. For more information, call 704-633-5471.

“It was the most spectacular-magnificent play I have ever seen! All of the actors and actresses did so incredible!”
