JON C. LAKEY/SALISBURY POST Construction continues on the downtown Salisbury park known as the Bell Tower Green project. This week the first new structure in the park appeared to rise up from the ground as the panels for the new water wall were assembled. Workers can easily been seen crawling on the large panel connecting water pipes that will feed the water for wall. Beside the wall, other amenities of the park will include a performance stage, vegetated arbors, creative play equipment for children and various trees and flowers. Salisbury,North Carolina,10/24/19.
