Police seek help identifying robber

KANNAPOLIS ó Police are seeking help from the public in identifying the man who robbed the E-Z Stop at 701 Wright Ave.
Police have released pictures of the robber from the surveillance camera.
According to police, the robbery occurred on Sept. 1 at 4:17 p.m. A man entered the store which is off Lane Street and displayed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk.
He was given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene.
He wore a white T-shirt, light colored jeans, and black head gear covered with a light colored ball cap.
He is described as approximately 5 foot 11 inches, weighing approximately 150 pounds.

A $1,000 reward is available for anyone providing information leading to the identification and capture of the suspect.
