Brian Harris, who went to Washington, D.C., last November to witness the inauguration of President Obama, is organizing a group to return to the nation’s capital.
He is promoting an Oct. 3 tour for the Conceive, Believe and Achieve program, of which he is president.
The group will visit the area between the Capitol and the Washington Monument, walk part of Pennsylvania Avenue, stand at the Lincoln Monument and take a White House tour.
The White House tour is contingent on security clearance. The group has a limited number of tickets available.
