Work continues Wednesday afternoon on the cleanup of the lake at City Park.
Crews from North Carolina-based Dragonfly Pond Works are using heavy equipment to dredge years of sediment buildup and damage from the aquatic weed hydrilla.
Plans also call for repairs to the dam and the addition of sidewalks.
