Drivers headed out N.C. 150 to Mooresville will likely see some slowdowns and detours this weekend, due to road construction and railroad crossing repairs.
Detours began at 6 a.m. today. N.C. 150 will be closed to through traffic between N.C. 115 and N.C. 801 until Monday at 9 a.m. so N.C. Department of Transportation crews can repair two railroad crossings.
Eastbound motorists on N.C. 150 will be detoured north to Mazeppa Road, then to Panasonic Way, Mooresville Boulevard, N.C 801 and back onto N.C. 150. Westbound traffic reverses the route.
