A 62-year-old South Carolina man was charged Wednesday with taking indecent liberties with three young girls.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office charged Larry Maynard Clark with three counts of first-degree sex offense with a child and four counts of indecent liberties with a child.
The abuse occurred recently, said Sheriff’s Lt. Terry Agner.
The man knew the victims. All of the victims are under the age of 13. The youngest victim was 6.
Clark was taken to the Rowan County Detention Center where he was placed under a $20,000 secured bond. He has since been released.
