A Salisbury teen was charged with resisting an officer after the officer tried to disperse a group and the teen didn’t want to leave.
A Salisbury Police officer told a crowd that had gathered April 13 at Salisbury High they had to leave, fearing a possible fight.
Some in the group, which consisted of about 20 people, slowly left. Others, including George Thomas Black Jr., 17, did not. Black cursed and began walking away. The officer asked him to come back, he refused. He was arrested and told the officer he didn’t care because he “had a good attorney.”
Black, of 527 S. Craige St., was charged with misdemeanor resist, delay and obstruct an officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

– Barbara Lorraine Ellis, 21, was charged April 11 with misdemeanor larceny at 375 Faith Road.
– Porcha Roberta Pulligam, 19, was charged April 11 with misdemeanor at 375 Faith Road from Marshall’s Department store.
– Justin Decarlos Ford, 20, was charged April 12 with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance schedule VI at 199 W. Liberty St.
