In response to Jackie Shepherd’s letter about litter (“What’s the plan to address litter problem in city”), I am vehemently against this selfless, irresponsible, illegal and never punished act.

It is nonstop and puts a sad stain on our city and county. Caleb Sinclair heads up the county’s roadside litter management program.

To this day, I’ve not heard anything about his department’s progress or successes. No reports in paper.

Is the program still running? What’s Sinclair doing? When is this litter madness every going to end? There is zero enforcement of litter as far as I know.
