RCCC Small Business Center offers growth and development seminars

The Small Business Center at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College will offer three, multi-session business growth and development seminars in April and May. These programs are designed for people with established and growing small businesses.
The seminars include:
– How to Make Money in Your Business ó 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays, April 23 through May 7, at RCCC’s Cabarrus Business & Technology Center in Concord. Fee of $79. Learn how to put in systems to become profitable and accurately forecast and manage cash flow.
– Planning Your Web Site ó 6 to 9 p.m. Mondays, April 20 through May 4, RCCC’s South Campus. Fee of $55. Learn how to create a plan for the expansion of your Web site and save time and money.
– QuickBooks and Your Business: Level 1, 8 a.m. to noon, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, May 11-15, at RCCC’s Cabarrus Business & Technology Center. Fee of $55. Students will learn how to chart accounts, receive payments, pay bills, create lists, track cash sales, enter bills, create invoices, make deposits, reconcile bank accounts and write checks using QuickBooks.
The Small Business Center (SBC) at RCCC is a community-based provider of education, training, counseling, information and referral, assisting entrepreneurs with business ideas and existing small business ventures.
