Community Action has funds to help
The Salisbury-Rowan Community Action Agency has $50,000 in Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) funds to assist people in Rowan and Cabarrus counties who may need help with rent, relocation, utilities, transportation, education and budgeting.
The agency is accepting applications at 1300 W. Bank Street; 704-633-6633.
Albert Ruff is the CSBG director and has three case managers to assist. To be eligible, applicants must meet the income guidelines.
