Police blotter: Man charged with obstruction

Lecourtney Quandarrius Murphy, 18, was charged Feb. 22 with misdemeanor resist, delay, obstruct an officer after Wal-Mart employees reported he was shoplifting energy drinks from the store.

– Cheryl Sheltman Green reported Feb. 22 someone broke two outside mirrors on a Honda at 2300 W. Innes St.
– Clyde McBride reported Feb. 22 a larceny from his vehicle at 825 Ryan St.
– Vanvilay Vongdara reported Feb. 22 a vandalism at 231 West D Ave.
– Willie Thomas Mitchell reported Feb. 22 someone took his dog from his backyard at 125 W. 11th St.
– Isaac Jerome Heggins reported Feb. 22 someone took his license plate from his vehicle at 1210 Old W. Innes St.
– Rebecca Evans Phelps, 47, was charged Feb. 20 with misdemeanor larceny at 323 S. Arlington St., Wal-Mart.
– John Maurice Whitney, 25, was charged Feb. 21 with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance at 1097 Matika Drive.
– Laquaana Katima Blackwell, 20, was charged Feb. 22 with misdemeanor simple assault and battery or affray. at 1300 S. Long St., East Spencer.
– Lever Fabricio Gomez-Diaz, 29, was charged Feb. 22 with misdemeanor impaired driving.
– Antonio Jemell Sullivan, 26, was charged Feb. 23 with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
