The following local students were named to the dean’s list at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Ga., for fall quarter 2008. All are from Salisbury.
Holly Sexton is a fibers major seeking a bachelor of fine arts degree.
Michelle Kuvinka is seeking a bachelor of fine arts degree.
Erin Wootten is a fashion major seeking a bachelor of fine arts degree.
Full-time undergraduate students who earn a grade point average of 3.5 or above for the quarter receive recognition on the dean’s list.
Scranton dean’s list
Julie K. Franekfield of Salisbury has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at the University of Scranton, a Jesuit school.
A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the dean’s list.
