Gov. Beverly Perdue speaks at Livingstone

Gov. Beverly Perdue made her first visit to Salisbury as governor today to speak at Livingstone College’s 130th Founders’ Day.
Perdue praised the historically black college for its efforts over the years and discussed holistic education, which intregrates all aspects of a student’s life, not just specific subjects.
