Police arrested two men, one a juvenile, after charging them with car break-ins behind Brick Street Tavern on Monday afternoon.
Salisbury Police Sgt. John Lanier noticed a man enter a vehicle that was parked behind the downtown business.
The suspect ran and was caught a short time later.
A 15-year-old Salisbury teen was charged and a Salisbury man was also charged.
Police charged Terrell Donnelle Young, 21, with breaking and entering a motor vehicle.
