This is in response to Thursday’s paper letters to the editor from Chris Rodgers (“Democrats not helpful on COVID-19, Floyd protests”). His remarks about Nancy Pelosi are not true. I fact-checked. I did not fact-check anything else. So I am not sure about but one thing.

The Congress has helped. They proposed the stimulus checks, and the Senate and president approved. There are too many things being said that are not true. I put something on Facebook and didn’t check, and I was corrected. So we need to check everything before we write or post.
