The Post would like to help troops from this area know folks are still thinking about them back home, especially during the Christmas season.
So once again, for “Letters from Home,” we are asking readers to send us the addresses of family members stationed across the country and around the world so we can share them with Post readers. If you would, tell us a little about where they are, how long they’ve been in the military, etc. — and include a photo, if possible.
To follow Department of Defense’s guidelines for mail, please send the service member’s full name (with or without grade, rank, etc.). Also required is the unit designation and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) information with the nine- or five-digit ZIP code.

We’ll publish the addresses on Thanksgiving Day so Post readers can send holiday wishes.
To get to the farthest bases by Christmas Day, the U.S. Postal Service recommends letters and cards be mailed first class by Dec. 3. The deadline for other foreign posts is Dec. 10.
