Catawba College’s Ralph W. Ketner School of Business and Johnsonville Sausage presented the 3rd annual Chili Cook Off on campus Saturday.
Those in attendance got a chance to sample the chili while enjoying the music of the Dionne, Hodges, Murphy Trio.
The men’s lacrosse team won the People’s Choice award, the general public’s favorite chili.
Parents of Salisbury Academy took home first place in the community division. Cooper’s, The Gathering Place and the men’s lacrosse team placed second and third, respectively.
Zachary Bates and friends won first place in the Johnsonville division, using Johnsonville product in their recipe. Second and third place went to Masada Bakery and Cyndi Wittum.
