SALISBURY — Rowan Democrats plan to meet Thursday at 7 p.m. in the County Administration Building.
County Democrats can attend the monthly gathering, which will be held on the second floor at 130 West Innes Street in the county commissioners’ chamber.
The group plans to have a representative from Blue Cross-Blue Shield of North Carolina to discuss the Affordable Care Act.
