The annual Walk For the Cure fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5 with participants gathering at 9 a.m. at the Spencer shopping center parking lot. Beginning at 10 a.m., 100 Women in Pink will walk the sidewalk all the way to Salisbury Square, with all proceeds collected donated to Avon breast cancer research.
