‘Prize Patrol’ takes trolley tour to honor principal, teacher of year

Parker received $1,000 from Rowan Partners for Education, a plaque from the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce, a round of golf for four at the Country Club of Salisbury, a week at the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching and $250 for his classroom, funded by the Phillip J. Kirk Endowed Scholarship.
