The Arc of Rowan will host a seminar called “Guardianship 101” from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 7.
The information presented at this seminar is for any family affected by developmental disabilities. It will cover: reasons for considering legal guardianship; terminology and definitions involving guardianship; an overview of the step-by-step process; necessary documentation to apply for guardianship; and alternatives to guardianship.
The seminar will be held at the Easter Seals office at 620 W. Innes St. There is no cost to attend.
