Mr. and Mrs. Don Andrew Bills of High Point announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Asbury Bills, of Atlanta, Ga, to Andrew Wesley Weaver of Saint Simons Island, Ga.
A December wedding is planned and will be held at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church in High Point.
Miss Bills is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jack Plummer Safley of Salisbury and the late Mr. Jack Plummer Safley, and Mrs. Donald Reese Bills of Salisbury and the late Mr. Donald Reese Bills. A 2007 graduate of High Point Central High School and a 2011 honors graduate of Hollins University in Roanoke, Va., she is employed by World 50, Inc. in Atlanta.
Mr. Weaver is the son of Dr. and Mrs. John Wayne Weaver of High Point. A 2005 graduate of High Point Central High School and a 2009 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Va., he is a professional golfer.
