Joe Wayne and Phyllis Trexler Freeze are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 4, 1963, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Salisbury by the late Rev. Glenn A. “Razz” Miller.
Joe retired from Wiscassett Mills in 2000, and Phyllis retired from First Union National Bank in 2000 and F&M Bank in 2010.
They have one son, Deron, and wife Cynthia. Their grandchildren are Matthew and Kayleigh Freeze.
