Crowds have started filling the Bell Tower Green Park in anticipation of the Pops and the Post performance under the direction of the Salisbury-Rowan Symphony’s David Hagy. The smooth sounds of the Salisbury Swing Band are already entertaining folks who arrived early, and the seating areas are also beginning to fill in.
