Thomas and Arleta Robinette of China Grove announce the engagement of their daughter, Tabitha Lee Robinette, to Michael Gene Walker II of Vale.
Tabitha is the granddaughter of Margaret Holden, the late Gene Morando and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Robinette Sr. A graduate of Jesse Carson High School and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, she is an RN at Carolina Rehab Center of Burke.
Michael is the son of Mike Walker of Lawndale and Connie and Steve Greene of Ellenboro; and the grandson of Carolyn White and Edith and the late Raymond Walker. A graduate of Burns High School and Appalachian State University, he is employed by Farm Bureau Insurance.
The wedding is April 13 at Woodmill Winery in Vale.
