The Salisbury Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place in the parking lot of Woodleaf Lanes on Jake Alexander Boulevard around 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday. - Chandler Inions
A 43-year-old man was transported to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center on Wednesday after sustaining a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the Woodleaf Lanes bowling alley on Jake Alexander Boulevard.
Authorities were dispatched to the scene of the shooting at approximately 8:15 p.m.
