SALISBURY — The city’s Technical Review Commission will consider revised drawings for the proposed school central office this week.
The commission, which reviews plans for construction projects to ensure they meet city code, will meet at 9 a.m. Thursday in the seminar room on the second floor of the Plaza, 100 W. Innes St. The meeting is open to the public.
The city plans to borrow $8 million on behalf of Rowan-Salisbury Schools to build an office building in the 300 block of South Main Street for the school system’s administrative personnel. The city also plans to provide parking for both the central office and Integro Technologies, which is building a new headquarters at the other end of the block.
