David Jerome Cooper and Carolyn Louise Jacobs Cooper of Salisbury celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 23, 2013.
They were married June 23, 1963, at Maupin Avenue Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Ray Albe.
David retired from Philip Morris after 20 years of service, and Carolyn is a homemaker.
Their children are Lisa and husband Doug Leazer and Lori and husband Ron Borras. They have four grandchildren: Hunter and Haley Leazer and Amanda and Kelsey Borras.
The Coopers’ celebration included a family cruise to the Caribbean.
