Kluttz earns Eagle Award

Tyler Kluttz of Boy Scout Troop 670 is receiving his Eagle Award today, Jan. 22, 2012, at Cedar Grove AME Zion Church at 3 p.m. It will be presented by James Wilkie, scoutmaster of Troops 670 and 373.
Tyler has earned 28 merit badges and previously served as Senior Patrol Leader. As his Eagle project, Tyler put up a flagpole at his church with the help of other scouts and church members.
An 11th-grader at West Rowan High School, Tyler is the grandson of Queen and James Cuthbertson of Woodleaf.
