Deputies: Thieves target couple's home during Sunday worship

SALISBURY — Thieves broke into a couple’s Fish Pond Road home while they were at church, authorities said.
Deputies believe the home was targeted between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday while the couple were away.
More than $1,800 in electronics were taken from the home.
Investigators said the front two rooms of the house were burglarized. The report said gold bracelets, necklaces and earrings were taken, along with an Xbox 360 and 20 video games.
The stolen goods were valued at $1,880.
