• Samuel Matthew Clawson, 36, was charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer on Nov. 29.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Shoplifting occurred at Tingle Drive in Salisbury at 5:42 p.m. on Nov. 28.
• Don Allen Parson Jr., 46, was charged with two counts of assault on a female on Nov. 28.
• Ryan Michael Stirewalt, 28, was charged with felony breaking and entering of a building and assault on Nov. 28.
• Ryland Aaron Brown Cacye, 18, was charged with communicating threats on Nov. 28.
• Tracy Singleton Hall, 50, was charged with assault by pointing a gun and injury to real property on Nov. 28. The charges stem from an incident on Oct. 9 in the 5300 block of Sam Broadway Loop in Kannapolis.
