Sierra Na’Shay Watkins

Sierra Na’Shay Watkins graduated from Livingstone College May 4, 2013, with a Bachelor degree in Theater Arts.
President of the Julia B. Duncan Players at Livingstone, Sierra was assistant director, stage manager and in charge of marketing for “Fences” performed at Livingstone, appeared in four plays, wrote the play “Half True,” which was performed at Livingstone, and was awarded for her GPA.
As a 2006 graduate of Henderson Independent High School, she received five scholarships and attended Johnson C. Smith University for two years before transferring to Livingstone. she is employed part-time at Sweet Frog and is applying to several graduate schools.
The daughter of Jeff and Valarie Watkins of Salisbury, she is the granddaughter of Phyllis V. Houston, William Q. Houston and Idella B. Watkins. She has one brother, William J. Watkins Jr., and one sister, LaShonda Harris.
