• An assault occurred on Joe Lentz Road in Salisbury between 12:15-12:30 a.m. on Jan. 2.
• A motor vehicle accident involving a county vehicle occurred on N.C. Hwy. 152-W at approximately 2:28 a.m. on Jan. 2.
• A UTV was stolen from a construction site on E. Ritchie Road in Salisbury between 2 p.m. on Dec. 29 and 8:43 a.m. on Jan. 2.
• Burglary occurred on Choate Road in Salisbury between 8:12 a.m. on Dec. 20 and 8:12 a.m. on Jan. 2.
• Stacy Ellen Pendarvis, 37, was charged with communicating threats on Jan. 2

• Damage to property occurred in the 700 block of Cherry Street in Salisbury between 7:50 p.m. on Jan. 2 and 6:10 a.m. on Jan. 3.
• An attempt to steal a vehicle took place in the 400 block of Gold Hill Drive in Salisbury between 4-5:52 a.m. on Jan. 3. 
• A vehicle was stolen in the 400 block of Gold Hill Drive in Salisbury between 4-7 a.m. on Jan. 3. 
• Larceny occurred in the 300 block of S. Arlington Street in Salisbury between 5-5:30 p.m. on Jan. 2. The total estimated loss was $50.
• Larceny occurred in the 300 block of S. Arlington Street in Salisbury between 5:50-5:55 p.m. on Jan. 3. The total estimated loss was $25.
• A shooting occurred in the 500 block of Shaver Street in Salisbury at approximately 9:21 p.m. on Jan. 3.
• Philip Wayne Ketchie, 31, was arrested on charges of child abuse on Jan. 3.
• Felisha Nicole Robinson, 36, arrested on charges of child abuse on Jan. 3.
