Faith Community Health Promoter Training empowers volunteers to educate and motivate a church congregation towards better health. No medical background is necessary.
Learn how to help others in your congregation lose weight, eat healthier, manage chronic diseases, exercise and lead healthier lifestyles.
This training will teach you how to start a health ministry in your congregation. Registration is required. Cost is $50. Training is held at CMC-NorthEast at the NE Plaza Building 45 Lake Concord Road on the 2nd Floor.
