In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Fraud by a worthless check occurred in the 100 block of East Liberty Street between 4:09 p.m. on Jan. 16 and 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 17.
• Alvin McIastair Alexander, 31, was charged with assault on a female by a male over 18 on Jan. 17.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Vandalism occurred at Leonard Road between 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 16.
• Dorian Janise Reid, 20, was charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, two counts of forgery of instruments, two counts of conspiracy and two counts of uttering forged instruments on Jan. 16.
• Anthony Donte Renwick, 36, was charged with assault on a female on Jan. 16.
• Nikkita Desiree Kirkley, 36, was charged with displaying a fictitious tag or license plate on Jan. 16.
• Dadrian Jamar Smith, 31, was charged with breaking and entering to terrorize or injure and injury to real property on Jan. 16.
• Marsha Lynn McCraw, 46, was charged with restricting, obstructing or delaying an officer on Jan. 16.
• Crystal Dawn Kyles, 43, was charged with second-degree trespassing on Jan. 16.
